Chris Walters joined as co-founder to scale this philosophy through structured programs that enable thousands of organisations to close the execution gap.
Nicko Debenham is a recognised leader in sustainable business transformation. As Head of Sustainability at Barry Callebaut, he designed and led Forever Chocolate, one of the industry’s most ambitious programs. He brings a commercial mindset, cutting through complexity to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
Chris Walters is an expert in organisational change and strategy execution. He has designed and led hundreds of workshops and programs, helping global companies embed new strategies at scale. His focus is on engaging people to turn strategy into daily business action.
